What is the maximum event capacity?
From a table for one to gala events for up to 500 guests, depending on the selected space and programme.
Is exclusive venue hire available?
Yes, the Citadella Experience can be hired exclusively, either in its entirety or by individual spaces.
Do you provide technical equipment?
Yes, sound systems, projectors and projection screens are available upon request.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Of course. Subject to prior consultation, you are welcome to bring your own decorations or choose from our recommended decoration services.
Is parking available?
A limited number of parking spaces are available. The venue is also easily accessible by public transport.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Our covered and indoor spaces are available in all weather conditions, ensuring that your event can proceed without disruption.
Are vegetarian or special dietary menus available?
Yes, we can create vegetarian, vegan and allergen-free menus tailored to your requirements.
How late can events be held?
Events can generally continue until late in the evening, subject to individual arrangements.
